An order is considered confirmed only after payment is confirmed.

The order cannot be modified after payment has been completed, but the order can be cancelled via the website before order processing begins.

The order cannot be cancelled or refunded after the order processing has begun or the policy has been issued.

You can write the comments you wish in the comments section, and they will be implemented if they are feasible by the store.

The customer must provide the store with a clear address containing (name, street, national address, house number, neighborhood), and any lack of this information is considered a lack of address.


  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable if there is a lack of delivery address information provided by the customer.
  • When shipping internationally, you must provide us with all information in English; failure to do so may result in an incomplete address.
  • The store does not modify the address or contact information, and the shipment is delivered according to the address written by the customer.
  • The order is delivered to the shipping company within 1 to 5 business days.
  • The estimated shipping time is approximate and may extend to more than 15 working days after the order is handed over to the shipping company.
  • The store is not responsible for shipping delays if there is a lack of information from the customer.
  • If the shipment is returned due to a lack of information, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
  • The customer is responsible for contacting the store and informing them of the return of the shipment within 3 business days.
  • After the order leaves the store, tracking the shipment is the customer's responsibility with the shipping company, not the store's responsibility.
  • In the event of a damaged shipment, the customer must inform the shipping company before receiving it and refuse it, then follow up with the store.
  • If you do not receive the shipment within the specified days, please contact the store within 3 business days via WhatsApp.
